About Us
Our Mission
As a campus ministry, the Body of Christ Christian (BCC) Worship Center seeks to meet the needs of people within and surrounding the Iowa State University campus, the Ames community, and the country. Specifically, we purpose to first teach and train "whosoever" how to live every aspect of one's life in Christ Jesus by developing an intimate, spiritual, and personal relationship with Him which grows through reading the Bible, which is the Word of God; developing a strong, committed prayer life; and communing with the Holy Spirit.
Secondly, we endeavor to help individuals discover and develop their predestined purpose in Christ as a "Kingdom of God" leader and valuable members of the Body of Christ universal by functioning as a training ground full of opportunities to minister to others.
Thirdly, we aspire to foster a sense of family and a place of belonging in which people from all walks of life can feel encouraged, supported, and loved while developing divine long-term relationships.
Finally, we aim to sustain an atmosphere that motivates students in their pursuit of academic excellence and/or career success.
Our mission is to teach whosoever that they can live every aspect of their life In- Christ Jesus and live it more abundantly. Jesus said,
"The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows)." John 10:10 (AMP)

The Method
Our method in accomplishing our mission is to present to everyone the receiving of God's plan of being Saved, Spirit-Filled, and Sanctified.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
We believe that this method, in its depth of meaning, of receiving salvation, the in-filling of the Holy Spirit, and living in continual sanctification will prosper you in a rewarding, abundant, and fulfilling life.
The Manifestation
The measurable reality of our mission is to develop believers for the manifestation of loving marriages/families, edifying communal relationships through a local church, and an impacting career.
